If you are unhappy with a purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or replacement. Please include a note of reason for returning. Please write your order number on the shipping label. To receive refund(less shipping), your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. If the item you purchased is for free shipping, we will deduct actual shipping cost. All items must be in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. All returns are subject to a variable restocking charge. This charge is determined by the condition of the returned merchandise. The minimum restock charge is 10%. If the returned items has been abused, tampered with, disassembled, or altered in any way, we will not accept them and we will return back to the sender at their expenses or we will discard. If you want to exchange the item, you need to ship back the item and you will be charged of shipping fee for the new item.
If it is past 30 days from the purchase date, please refer to the warranty information from the manufacturer for replacement/repair. Any returns/exchanges sent after 30 days from the purchase date will be refused and returned to the sender.
