Wahl 8171 Cordless Detailer Li

I really am enjoying these cordless trimmers. They are lightweight and work well.

I would give these trimmers a 5 star rating but when I received them the blade was crooked, and me not being a professional barber in any way I was kind of skeptical of fixing them myself. But once I did the trimmers did a great job. I’m happy with my purchased and thanks to best clippers for shipping my order out the same day it was placed.

I loved my corded detailer. Reliable for years, so I got the first cordless detailer a couple years ago (with the little useless taper lever) and it was disappointing from the start. This new Detailer Li however, nailed it. Crisp lines I don't feel like I need to zero gap it and holds a strong charge with all day back to back use off the charger. I also appreciate the placement and texture of the on/off switch easy to flip quick w out fumbling. The old one was too flush to the body. Overall I am pleased with this trimmer and hope it holds up as long as the corded version. My only criticism is the outside corners are sharp! (nothing to do w the blade) More so than any other I've experienced in 20 years of hair so be aware you're not unknowingly scratching the client.

The Best I ever own. Cut hair just beautiful. Will be buying again.
